Background
The Chinese Real Estate Professionals Society of Ontario (CREPSO) is a non-profit membership organization incorporated in 1983 to facilitate and promote co-operation and networking among Chinese real estate professionals.
Objective
To encourage co-operation and friendship among all Chinese real estate professionals in Ontario; to assist in the exchange of ideas, experiences, and information in order to enhance the business image of all members and to serve as a bridge between East and West in developing business opportunities.
Membership
CREPSO's corporate members include some of the largest Chinese real estate brokerage firms in Ontario. Its membership covers approximately 85% of all Chinese real estate professionals working in Ontario. The majority of the members are from Hong Kong with the rest from Taiwan, South-east Asia and in increasing numbers, China.
Our associate membership category is established for real estate related business having a special interest in the Chinese market. This includes banks, financial institutions, builders, and developers. CREPSO acts as a bridge between these businesses and the Chinese market, both in Ontario and Asia.
Services
CREPSO hosts regular seminars and brokers' luncheons covering current issues that are of interest to our members and related to our industry, for example: discussions on Self Management, foreign property reporting and referral fees to the third party.

We will make arrangements for real estate developers from the East to meet with Canadian national, provincial, municipal real estate boards, government officials, residential and commercial developers, and building material manufacturers and suppliers all across Canada
